What AI tools do you actually use?

Elevé uses general-purpose LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) for tasks like SOP drafting, complaint pattern analysis, and call review summarization. For more specialized work — QA call scoring assist, intake form processing, compliance checklist automation — we evaluate purpose-built tools on a case-by-case basis. We never recommend a subscription unless the math says it pays for itself.

Is my customer or patient data safe?

Elevé will never move regulated data (PHI, PCI, financial records) into untrusted systems. Every AI workflow we design is reviewed for data residency, retention, and vendor terms before any client information touches it. For HIPAA-bound clinics and financial services clients, we default to on-device or BAA-covered tooling.

Will AI replace my team?
